Local power plants are owned by the ECOES Foundation and are provided free of charge for use by various individuals’ persons and private companies and at state and municipal sites.
All individuals and companies using our Local Power Plants are seriously reducing their energy costs without making any investment and maintenance costs.
ECOES Foundation together with Dr. Eng. Atanas Gouchev offers replacement of diesel engines for light commercial vehicles, trucks and buses in exploitation with gas engines operating in the CNG or LPG.

The Single and Modular facility of a modular circular-layered car park facility are parking devices that have international patent protection which is registered in the OFFICE OF THE EUROPEAN INTELLECTUAL UNION PROPERTY with Registration with Number: 00779990. The Single and Modular facility of a modular circular-layered car park facility was developed by idea of the American engineer George Washington Gale Ferris, Jr. who developed this wheel in 1893 for use by people for attraction. That is why the parking systems developed on this idea are called FRP12 (Ferris Rotary parking for 12/14 cars).
The Single and Modular facility FRS12 is intended to be used for parking of cars in the
central part of the cities, to serve densely populated territories and separate objects such as administrative buildings, office buildings, hospitals, parks, hotels, and others.
